By retreading with Tipler, the world will go further.

Tire retreading is directly associated with sustainability. When retreading tires, only a third of the raw materials required for manufacturing a new tire is used and premature disposal of bodies is avoided.

The factory where Tipler brand products are manufactured follows the “green build” concept, which reduces the environmental impacts of industrial activities. The use of special natural ventilation and lighting systems guarantees a decrease in energy consumption, the Effluent Treatment Station, which treats all of the water used in the factory and internal selective waste collection are practices that illustrate the culture of sustainability that is incorporated into the Tipler brand.

In order to ensure that carriers reach the highest performance levels with regard to the brand’s Premium products, Tipler, a pioneer in cold retreading in the Brazilian market, has developed and improved technologies throughout its history.

This extensive experience focusing on the retread market has resulted in the development of the MTR - Tipler’s Retreading Manual, which gathers the best practices regarding tire retreading processes and sets standards for the services carried out throughout its Dealer Network.

Furthermore, through a partnership with Lukatec, Tipler has developed last-generation machinery and equipment to equip the retreaders that are part of its Network, which - combined with the application of MTR work methods - ensures that the company has a world-class retreading process in place. The result is retreated tires with high performance and safety levels, which provide lower costs per kilometer driven and greater profitability for users.

All this is done with a cleaner future for our planet in mind, because according to Tipler, there is no profitability without sustainability.
